Every portfolio says "ask me anything." nobody means it literally. i built the one exception: type a question into the ask panel and it actually embeds it, retrieves from a real vector index of my career, and answers with citations, streamed live. This case study is one of the documents it retrieves from, which makes it a little recursive: the site describing itself, indexed into the same system it's describing.

I worked on a government-backed digital payment system built around a central bank digital currency (cbdc): a consumer ios app, a merchant onboarding web app, and a merchant mobile app, designed and piloted with real users rather than launched cold. i built the ios apps and worked with ibm to debug and stabilize the go backend.
